On November 30 (Wednesday), 2022, at 2:00 p.m., the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education (KICCE) held the “3^rd ECEC Policy Symposium of 2022” under the theme of “Measures for Development of Support System for School Meals and Snacks at Daycare Centers and Kindergartens” through offline and online meetings via Zoom.

After the opening speech of President Sang Hee Park of KICCE, there was a topic presentation by Ja Yeun Koo, the head of the Future Education Research Team with the title of “Tasks for Improvement and Advancement of Support for School Meals and Snacks at Daycare Centers and Kindergartens.” In the panel discussion, participants included Prof. Seon Ah Jeong of the Department of Child Welfare & Studies of Sookmyung Women’s University, Yeon Hwa Jang, Director of Policy Research Institute of the Korea Edu-care Association, President Kyung Mi Lee of the Korean Association of Public Kindergartens, and Dong Hoon Kim, the head of the Childcare Policy Research Team of KICCE. Co-President Young Ran Park of the Korea Private Kindergarten Association joined in the discussion by conveying opinions in writing.
