Korea Institute of Child Care and Education (KICCE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for participation in the "Twin Family Happiness Network" alongside National Assembly Forum on Low Birthrate and Shrinking Society, Korean Society of Maternal Fetal Medicine, Child Care TV, Planned Population Federation of Korea, Central Subfertility and Depression Counseling Center, Korea Healthy Family Promotion Agency, Korea Childcare Promotion Institute, Hanyang University Medical Center, and CBS.

The "Twin Family Happiness Network" was established with the aim of alleviating the parenting burdens of twin families and improving their quality of life. This initiative brings together six specialized fields (care, medical and psychological counseling, research, public relations, legislation, and information sharing) under the leadership of the National Assembly Forum on Low Birthrate and Shrinking Society to explore collaborative support measures.

Through this MOU, participating organizations will work together to provide tailored information, education, and psychological support for twin pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting. They will also collaborate on health and developmental consultations, family counseling, policy research and advisory services for twin families, public awareness campaigns, and initiatives to improve systems and policies that benefit twin households.

Note: The term "Twin Family Happiness Network" is an unofficial English translation used for the purpose of this document. For official terminology, please refer to the relevant institutions or organizers.
